A graduate from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and a Masters degree in Finance from Macquarie University, it’s clear where Ella’s passion lies. She brings over 12 years practical experience in external financial audit, financial accounting, statutory and ASX reporting, taxation, process improvement, management and Board reporting in a diverse range of industries.
A qualified Australian CPA, she honed her skills as an external auditor with Big Four accounting firms Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Ernst and Young, gaining valuable experience from corporations listed on both the Australian and New York Stock Exchanges. In her last role she was the CFO of an ASX listed financial services group.
Known for her strong work ethic and open management style, Ella lives in Sydney with husband Michael and young son Frederick.
