Scott is Chief Executive Consultant of Sugar International. He grew up and was educated in Perth, Western Australia. After graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor in Science (Sports Science) he accepted a management position to set up a leading international Franchise group specializing in physical and academic education for children in Kuala Lumpur. In 1998, He returned to Australia, and joined the largest real estate Franchise group, L.J.Hooker based in Kalamunda, Western Australia.

In 2001, He became a Shareholder and Director of Kingsouth Holdings and PDW Investments, with co-directors, John Phelan and John Wall. The company aligned themselves initially with L.J.Hooker, and continues today, to have a very close association in providing solutions to the induction and training of salespeople and a suite of other programs to assist with the growth of the 700 plus Franchise offices within the network.

In 2006, Sugar International was formed, and with new investors and directors joining the company, Sugar International now trains over 30,000 people per annum in a range of industries including retail, real estate, banking, insurance, government departments and call centres. In January 2010, Sugar International was acquired by Talent 2, a public listed HR company on the ASX. He is Chief Consultant of the Sugar International and is responsible for the growth of the business through the acquisition of new clients.
