With over fifteen years of experience, Liz is an integral part of the Sugar team. Her extensive background in finance, call centre and management experience has helped her succeed in a variety of roles. Amongst them, specialist Customer Service consultant, franchise owner, Training Manager. Liz was instrumental in the establishment of a new call centre and then planned, designed and delivered the six week induction program for staff. She joined Performance Edge Systems (PES) in 2002 as a trainer assessor in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Her many projects include the mapping of client training content, planning and supervising partnerships with clients, assessing RPL applications, recommending additional qualifications and managing the largest PES account. Originally from the UK, Liz currently lives in Sydney with her husband and three children. A dynamic addition to the Sugar group, she brings enthusiasm, coupled with valuable business and financial knowledge to the table.
