Our origins lay within the Customer Contact industry. Where Performance Edge Systems were one of the very first Registered Training Organisations back in the mid-90s to deliver Customer Contact training. Our Corporate Sales Advisor, Doug Callander, is an Australian expert on customer service and sales over the phone in contact centre environments.
