The aim? To deliver customer service to buyers and sellers in the Australian and NZ real estate market that regularly exceeds expectations.
Sugar will run industry leading programmes - Future Champion Programme - a 12 month induction program for new sales people and a Management Skills Development Program for existing and new business owners. This is an intensive program designed to ensure profitable returns for business owners. There will also be a corporate training calender - 50 days of professional development per month across the network.
